Morning Glory is our take on a modern house coffee. When we think of where coffee has been going over the last decade and into the future, we think of a celebration of the fruity and floral flavors expressed by high quality, lightly roasted coffee. These bright and delicate flavors are only present in carefully selected coffees and can be muted if the roast level is too developed. With our Morning Glory offering we choose a bright and flavorful natural process coffee to showcase the fruit and floral aspects of the modern light roast style. We combine it with a clean, sweet, and caramel-forward coffee taken to a medium roast level to give it balance, structure, and the easy-drinking appeal of a traditional house blend.
Morning Glory is a great way to experience the beautiful and unique flavors of a light roasted single origin while also having that everyday sip-ability that we love.

Beans in the Blend
Morning Glory is our modern house roast. We adjust the beans in Morning Glory throughout the season to highlight the fruity and floral flavors of a rotation of our favorite growing regions. While the flavor notes will change as we showcase different regions, the easy-drinking natural of the coffee is fully preserved.
Brazil Organic Fazenda Natural
This Brazilian coffee comes from a single estate in the Matas de Minas region. While most Brazilian coffee comes from large commercial farms, this particular offering is exclusively grown and processed through 10 small farms managed by the Dutra family on their 2,500 acre estate. The family employs 600 seasonal workers. They leave 750 acres of land as untouched forest to provide wind and erosion protection for their estate. They also invest in a school, health clinic, and clean energy projects for their employees and operation. This particular coffee is of a single Yellow Catuai variety and not a blend.
Papua New Guinea Jiwaka Arufa Natural
Coffee is one of Papua New Guinea’s major sources of western capital. In fact, coffee production is the only form of income for many small villages in this region. Papa New Guinea has a relatively cool climate in the Jiwaka region. For this reason, coffees dried naturally like this particular offering take upwards of one month to fully dry. This particular coffee is from Monpi Coffee which organizes and processes coffee from 600 small farms within the Jiwaka region. Monpi helped sort and separate exemplary cherry before processing them into this specialty lot. This coffee is highly fruit forward with notes of ripe apple, mango, and cocoa. The flavor is very potent making this coffee perfect for the Morning Glory blend because its distinct notes easily shine through.
